As the autumn season marks a peak period for the spread of various epidemics, the School of International Education at Nankai University kindly reminds all international students to be particularly vigilant in preventing infections such as norovirus, influenza, tuberculosis, chickenpox, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, measles, mumps, and monkeypox.
Students are advised to practice good hygiene habits, including frequent hand washing, regular ventilation, maintaining social distance, observing proper coughing etiquette, and ensuring thorough cleaning and disinfection. Additionally, adopting a healthy lifestyle through a balanced diet and moderate exercise is encouraged to enhance health literacy and self-protection capabilities.
If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, or rash, please stay at home, monitor your condition, and inform the School of International Education at the earliest opportunity.
